Outline Wellness Network is not liable for carrier delays, message delivery failures, or issues caused by device incompatibility or other factors outside our control.

Our SMS program is designed to work with major United States wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their respective MVNOs. Carrier support may vary. Carriers are not sponsors, endorsers, or partners of this program.
