T-Mobile and all other wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and network availability. Outline Wellness Network is not responsible for messages that are not received due to carrier issues, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, services, and materials provided through it are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Outline Network, Inc. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and completeness. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Outline Network, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or our services, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Outline Network, Inc., if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outline Network, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any content you submit to us through the Site.

14. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Arbitration Agreement. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site — including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate — shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Broward County, Florida, unless otherwise mutually agreed. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver. You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted solely on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or any other representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate proceedings or preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

Exceptions. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive periodic email and SMS communications containing educational wellness content, updates, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe from email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, invalid, or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Outline Network, Inc. regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
